The location of this place is fantastic, as it is conveniently close to an off-leash dog park and the airport, making it a great spot for those who want to explore the area.

The hotel was located adjacent to restaurant, the cafe and the airport. The unit we got was quiet with the bedroom.

Incredible and awesome location, overall I loved the hotel.

I've had a fine stay in the winter time. Good value, room was warm, staff were very helpful. Everything was great as expected, however the bathroom was cold. It had a small restaurant.

The rooms are clean and fairly quiet with tidy bathrooms.

Close to airport.

There was a clorine odor in our room when we checked in from the pool. Window view was of pool, so we had to keep curtains closed all the time for privacy. There were as lot of people walking and talking loudly in the hallway at several times during the night. We will not stay there again.

Basically the room was neat. However there seemed to be full time residents and security was extremely heavy which frightened us to some extent. In most hotels there is a complimentary breakfast and coffeee in the room. Neither were available. The coffee pot had not been cleaned and a bag from the previous occupant was found in it. I would not recommend it to someone else.

This hotel is conveniently located near the airport and downtown, with spacious and comfortable rooms that include a bedroom.

There are no words to describe the horrendous experience that I had in this run down seedy dump. I was treated so disrespectfully by the night front desk clerk John Paul that I packed my bags and left at 230 am I was there for a total of 2 freezing cold hrs. Because the heater in the old run down room did not give off any heat.When my request for a spare blanket or room heater was met with distain and I was denied a blanket or space heater and told to leave if I don't like it with no refund.I Was not offered another room with a working heater. I had to drive in a blizzard for 5 hrs to get to my next destination because of him .He was beligerent and rude and extremly offensive and unprofessional uncurtious and downright antagonistic.He hung the phone up on me he ignored my second call and when he threatened to call the police because I was insisting on a spare blanet I wish he had of so I could have had him arrested!!! I have never ever had such aan unbelievably bad experience in a hotel in all my 58 yrs I will never return and demand a full refund. And an apology. I am still having trouble getting threw to the managers to voice my concerns they keep avoiding me.Please know this is by far the most horrendous hotel experience anyone could ever have. Good help anyone who arrives after midnbight. Still trying to reach the managers Jane Pollock

My booking through booking .com didnt get me the room booked. the front desk said they had no booking for me. I had forgotten my info at work. my booking number was 907426015.. I was happy when they said they had an available room. Does this happen often? It caused me stress when they said they didnt have my reservation. Can I get a discount next time??

i loved the bed, it was big enough for me to flip and turn, and it was soft.

They should include a meal plan with their rooms. i was forced to buy breakfast sperately. i rather pay for it all at once and just enjoy the rest

The rooms here are cozy with comfortable beds, the staff is friendly, and it's just a short 5-minute drive to the airport.

The stay was comfortable, the room was quiet and exceptionally nice, and the staff provided some helpful recommendations during my visit.
